Goodbye coffee, my good friend...I will miss you.

Despite the fact that my Dr. gave the OK for caffeine in moderation, I've decided to say farewell to it all together. It's rough and I did have headaches from putting a halt to my four cups a day coffee addiction! It’s a small price to pay.
