Lil's First Christmas

Lillian had a wonderful time celebrating her first Christmas and we had a wonderful time celebrating it with her. We spent Christmas Eve and morning together as a family at home.

Christmas Eve day, we headed down to the Duke Energy Center for the train display. Lillian absolutely loved it. She even started to wine when we started to walk away from the trains. So we let her watch them for a little longer.

Lillian had fun opening her presents on Christmas morning. She was even able to tear the wrapping paper herself! She enjoyed playing with the paper, bows and all of the boxes her gifts came in...maybe even more so than the gifts themselves!

We went to Christmas dinner at the Fry's which was fun. Lillian had olives for the first time, she seemed to enjoy them. She also enjoyed the turkey, stuffing and mashed potatoes!

The next morning, Lil and I packed everything up and headed to Indianapolis to celebrate with the Woller's. Aunt Teresa was in town from Texas so we spent a couple extra days in Indy shopping, playing and spending time together. Lillian had a great time being the center of attention and being showered with love (and gifts!)

Thank you to all of our family for making this Christmas so special for Lil!
